- Promotes the four S.T.E.P program (Success Through Enthusiastic Participation)
- Helps members to obtain National recognition/certification awards via their own completion of optional S.T.E.P. I, S.T.E.P. II, S.T.E.P. III or S.T.E.P. IV certification forms

- Oversees efforts to find speakers, create short presentations,
organize events, etc. to help members maintain their health in the following areas:

- Mental
- Spiritual well-being
- Helps members to obtain a National recognition/certification award via their own completion of an optional Health and Wellness certification form.

- Initiates and encourages participation in individual programs and training involving areas such as effective writing, speaking, listening, leadership, team building, or any other program that promotes personal growth.
- Helps members to obtain National recognition/certification awards via their own completion of optional Personal Development certification form.
- Publicity PM – OPEN
- Handles general monthly meeting announcements in local papers and cable TV
- Newsletter Editor – Cathy Ginivisian- contact
- Assists President in the creation and distribution of internal chapter news and events to the members

- Oversees Family Memorial Fund
- Sends cards/notes for appropriate occasions as requested by members or State & National contacts
