On January 31, 2002 (later rescheduled to March 5, 2002) our organization sponsored a public Seminar at the Chelmsford library entitled, "Chelmsford's Natural Habitat". The seminar was given by Tom Sileo, a local naturalist.

To publicize the event, two of our members, Marcia and Kathryn, became guests on a local cable TV show called "Town Talk", hosted by Dennis Ready. They discussed the seminar and informed the public about our organization.
