At the Senior Center on March 21, 2009, the Library sponsored a Volunteer Fair to give area residents the opportunity to meet with representatives from local non-profit groups. We were just one of many non-profit organizations that set up a booth, distributed literature, solicited new members, and talked to the general public about all the great opportunities available through our group.

It is of interest to note that our group originated the idea of the Volunteer Fair and worked with the library to co-sponsor the first event back in 2003.

A local cable TV station, Chelmsford Telemedia, televised this year's fair and the video below is an excerpt from their broadcast. To play, just move your mouse into the screen to access controls. ( The controls appear/disappear when the mouse is moved in/out of the screen)
