What is it?

Health and Wellness is a program sponsored by the United States Women of Today (USWT) to help members maintain their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This program is extremely flexible and covers a broad spectrum of USWT suggested subjects. However, topics of relevant interest to a chapter can probably qualify within the Health and Wellness Program. (ie: “Stress Management Exercises”, “How to become an Organ Donor,” etc. ).

Chapters can create programs, bring in speakers, give short presentations, etc. before, during, or after a meeting or other chapter function. Separate public presentations can also be given. Certificates are awarded to members who complete prescribed requirements.
