Car Seat Safety Program/Blood Pressure Check-Up/Membership Drive

I am thrilled to announce that we are scheduled to do a Car Seat Safety Program/Blood Pressure Check-Up/Membership Drive along with the Professional Firefighters of Attleboro. This event will be held on Saturday, May 17th from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. It will be held at the South Attleboro Fire Department at 1476 West Street (Route 123). There will be 2 certified firefighters to do the Car Seat Safety Program and 5 paramedics available for the Blood Pressure Check-up. There is ample parking for all visitors. The South Attleboro Fire Department is excited to do a joint event as important as this one with the Greater Attleboro Women of Today. This event will be held rain or shine!


Clara Barton Tea

The Clara Barton Tea will be held on Saturday, May 17th from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Women at Work Museum (35 County Street, Attleboro/same building as the Attleboro Jewelry Makers/enter at side door). It's always a great time!

Enjoy breads, pastries and other delightful treats while watching
"Yours for Humanity - Abby"
an inspiring one-woman play based on letters and speeches of Worcester's Abby Kelley Foster.
Travel back to 1854 and enter Abby's world. Hear her emotionally-powerful orations against slavery and prejudice, which changed the hearts and minds of many.

$20.00 per person, space is limited. Please call or stop by the Museum to reserve your seat.

Blood Drive

Our next American Red Cross Blood Drive will be sponsored by the La Salette Shrine & the Greater Attleboro Women of Today to be held on Saturday,

May 31st from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the La Salette Shrine (in the Cafeteria) located on Rt. 118 at 947 Park Street in Attleboro.

Get other family members and friends to come with you! Anyone who donates blood that day will be given a coupon from Pizzeria Uno for a FREE Pizza!!

Annual Yard Sale to benefit MSPCC

Greater Attleboro Women of Today Annual Yard Sale to benefit MSPCC (MA Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) will be held on May 24th from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Rain date will be Sunday, May 25th; same time. The yard sale will be held at 22 Green Drive, Attleboro, MA
